Salary: £24,000 - £28,000
We currently have an opportunity for a Marketing Communications and Website Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the day to day management of our marketing communications and websites, focusing specifically on search engine optimisation, social media, web content and email communications.
The job holder will achieve this by:
- Providing marketing support to the Sales & Marketing Director
- Taking ownership for marketing communications and literature, website management and search engine optimisation and acting as the digital expert within Invocas
- Managing our online blog and social media presence
- Communicating effectively with partners, colleagues and leadership
- Embracing and demonstrating corporate values through behaviour and activities on a daily basis
The job holder will also be required to build on existing relationships with the following:
- Internal Customers – Sales, Service Innovation & Management and Compliance
- External partners – 3rd party agencies and suppliers / our business partners / work providers
- Sales & Marketing Director – for guidance, mentoring and support
Principle Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Continually propose and develop new offline and online communication ideas
- Execute effective copywriting, link building and on-site optimisation to improve visibility within search engines
- Responsible for writing the online blog on a regular basis
- Develop and produce any required marketing material, leaflets, brochures etc.
- Manage any external feedback and PR, ensuring responses meet the Group’s compliance requirements
- Act as the digital expert within the organisation, providing advice and guidance to enhance the performance of the websites
- Write, deliver and analyse email communications to staff and external audiences
- Manage website content incorporating accessibility, usability and compliance regulations and make website updates using content management systems
- Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues and leaders
- Monitor and analyse online activity and behaviours using web analytics to recommend continual improvements
- Liaise with project managers and all other parties involved in a change to ensure we have the required technology and marketing resources available to deliver a service
- Pro-actively raise quality issues to Sales & Marketing Director / Compliance Manager and agree actions to bring to a satisfactory resolve
- Register complaints and input into any external communication between the customer and the business to ensure branding, content and tone of voice is correct
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Company
Essential Experience/Qualifications:
- Extensive marketing communications and digital experience

Insolvency Supervisor - Edinburgh
Salary: £23,000 - £28,000
As an Insolvency Supervisor you will be responsible for managing and controlling a large portfolio of primarily personal insolvency cases.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coaches other members of the team and delivers technical expertise
- Works under own initiative and to deadlines
- Progresses cases with minimum of guidance and supervision
- Works closely with team and assists when required
- Develops relationships with other staff within all offices
- Develops a good working relationship with Manager and Appointee
- Ensures that all work is produced to an accurate and consistent standard
- Shows all round technical knowledge
- Produces clear, well written, effective letters and reports
- Clearly understands capabilities and functions of in-house systems
- Manages own portfolio of cases ensuring all statutory deadlines are dealt with accurately and on a timely basis
- Keeps IPS and in house systems and files up to date
- Able to deal with Trust Deeds, Sequestrations and Liquidations
- Controls contributions on team's portfolio of cases, taking corrective action when required
- Liaise with Managers, informing of progress and any potential problems on a regular basis
- Deals with all aspects of asset realisations
- Demonstrating a ‘can do’ attitude
- Willing to ‘go the extra mile’ when required
- Ad hoc duties as required
