Our recruitment process is made up of 3 main stages.

  1. Application

    Candidates are invited to send a CV and include a covering letter stating why you want to work with Invocas and what you would bring to the company.

  2. First Interview

    A telephone interview, lasting approximately 30 minutes, is the second stage in the recruitment process. The recruiting manager will call to discuss your previous experience and ask a number of questions which will give us an indication on whether your skills and behaviours match the key competencies we need our people to demonstrate.

  3. Final Interview

    Those successful at the first interview stage will be invited to come in and see our working environment. A further behavioural, technical and competency based interview will also take place with your potential new manager.

It's important for you to know that we view our interview programme as a two way process. We want to know all about your skills and experience but candidates are encouraged to ask us questions too.
