The job holder will be responsible for;
Generating Insolvency solution business for Invocas Group through developing and maintaining B2B relationships in-line with the group Sales and Marketing strategy. This will entail working with a variety of sectors including IFA’s and Mortgage Advisors.
Principle Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day relationships of a panel of Invocas B2B clients
- Win and develop new B2B relationships for the Invocas group in line with the Sales & Marketing strategy
- Work closely with the field based sales team in order to develop mutual B2B relationships
- Organise and prioritise calling activity to ensure achievement of sales targets
- Ensure internal systems are kept up to date with accurate B2B client profiles
Experience & Qualifications
- Extensive experience of working within a Financial Services B2B sales environment
- Experience of building and developing key relationships
- A good knowledge and understanding of debt solutions
- FPC/ CeMAP qualified
- Exceptionally developed communication skills
- Good IT skills

Business Transition Analyst

The job holder will be responsible for;
- Supporting and/or creating a range of initiatives pertaining to the testing, development and implementation of software solutions that will enable the delivery of operational excellence.
- Provide advice, guidance and support to Operations Staff on software issues.
- Work with internal Partners to co-ordinate and support incidents, service and change management, providing out of hours support and/or testing when required.
Principle Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Manage release of software changes from suppliers to Invocas
- Ensure set up of any environments required for Invocas testing activity
- Document testing activity (test strategies / plans / results)
- Co-ordinate internal testing activity (UAT / regression), including co-ordination of involvement of end users
- Identify training needs, ensuring delivery of required training
- Produce training documentation
- Update, when required, procedural documentation
- Obtain sign-off for implementation from relevant business areas
- Manage implementation communications with end users.
- Escalate critical issues and major change requests as appropriate
- Ensure any key decisions and recommendations that are made are notified to your Manager.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Extensive and proven analytical experience in order to contribute to complex resolution and the full project lifecycle.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the project and change management development lifecycle
- Detailed knowledge of the business critical applications and data that underpins core business processes
- Demonstrable understanding of software testing principles, including developing test strategies, plans and scripts and test execution
- Experience of preparing problem summary and recommendation reports, and business requirements documents
- Experience of using the MS Office suite
- IT literacy, with experience in a user support or systems/application support role
- Experience in working in customer services within a financial services organisation
- Problem solving and analytical skills, including information gathering and trouble shooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with customers at all levels
- Broad awareness of product features and rules
- Breadth of knowledge across business processes, applications and platforms
